Contains : Boswellia, MSM, Turmeric (and black pepper), Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Yucca, Ginseng, Ginger, Rosemary and Grapeseed Extracts, on a linseed base, to provide important omega 3 fatty acids.
Boswellia – A plant used for centuries, and widely reported to have significant anti-inflammatory properties. Contains phytochemicals including acetyl -11-keto-B-boswellic acid (AKBA) which is thought to inhibit pro-inflammatory enzymes, and also others which exhibit antioxidant activity.
MSM – a well known anti-inflammatory compound and bio-available source of sulphur. MSM is thought to inhibit some of body chemicals linked to the inflammatory response, as well as helping to prevent cartilage breakdown.
Turmeric – containing the active compound curcumin, which is thought to exhibit potent anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Black Pepper – provides piperine, a compound though to increase the bio-availability of curcumin, as well as being an antioxidant in its own right.
